Meet Liberty
When I began planning my wedding in Italy from the U.S., I quickly realized how difficult it was to find the information I actually needed. Beautiful venues were everywhere - clear pricing, accommodation details, inclusions and realistic comparisons were not.
So I did what I do best: I researched. A lot.
I contacted venues across Europe, compared proposals, built spreadsheets and learned the details behind what makes a European destination wedding actually work - not just look beautiful.
That research eventually became The European Wedding Edit: a more thoughtful, transparent way to help couples find their place in Europe and plan the celebration around it.
My Background
My background is in consulting, strategy and process improvement - which probably explains the spreadsheets. I’ve spent my career taking complicated problems, researching the details and turning them into clear decisions.
When it came time to plan my own wedding in Europe, I approached it the same way.
What began as research for one wedding grew into a collection of venues, proposals, pricing and insights from across Europe - and eventually, an idea for something I wished had existed when I started.
The European Wedding Edit combines that research-first approach with a genuine love of European weddings, travel and hospitality.
